Michael Polzler

As Regional Director and Executive Vice President, RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada, Michael Polzler is responsible for all areas of day-to-day operations including franchise management, membership services, training and development, marketing – including advertising and promotions, and finance.
Michael joined RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada in 1986. He spent over five years in the United States honing his skills in franchise sales. In 1994, Michael returned to Ontario as head of franchise sales and membership services. Michael was promoted to the position of Regional Director and Executive Vice President in 2000.
In his role as Regional Director and Executive Vice President, Michael works closely with the department heads to strategically position RE/MAX as the country’s leading real estate organization. Under Michael’s guidance and direction, more than 3,600 sales associates have been added to the roster, bringing the total number of sales associates with RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada to more than 8,400. The number of independently-owned and operated franchise offices has also increased to 335. Mr. Polzler accepted the coveted International Region of the Year award, presented by RE/MAX International in 2007. RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada was also honoured with the Region of the Year award nationally by RE/MAX International in 2003 and 2008.
Michael has also become the Voice of Real Estate for RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada. He has been quoted in both local and national media outlets, including newspapers and websites, as well as major broadcast media such as CTV, Canada AM, Global, and BNN. If there is an emerging issue or trend in Canadian real estate, Michael has his finger on its pulse.
