Nicole Guillot leads both the Product Management and Operations group at CNW and is a member of the senior management team.
A proven professional with more than 15 years of experience in product management and business development, Nicole contributes to the vision and implementation of our corporate strategic plan by ensuring CNW maintains a leadership position in the marketplace.
Nicole leads our Product Management team, guiding all the stages of the various products’ life cycles. Collaborating extensively with customers and partners, she determines the CNW product portfolio strategy, based on our customer research and analysis, competitive intelligence and emerging technologies.
She strategically oversees our national Operations teams to ensure product and service excellence with a sound process for delivery that demonstrates an on-going high level of quality.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Commerce and English from the University of Ottawa.
