TORONTO, June 8 /CNW/ - CIBC (TSX, NYSE: CM), proud broadcast sponsor of the 2010 FIFA World Cup™, is inviting Canadian soccer fans of all ages and skill-levels to show their passion for the world's game by uploading a video of their soccer skills to the CIBC Soccer Everywhere Video Contest.
"At CIBC, we're thrilled to help bring the excitement of one of the largest global sports events ever to Canadian viewers through our broadcast sponsorship," said Stephen Forbes, Executive Vice-President of CIBC Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs. "To celebrate the game of soccer, we’re calling all soccer fans to get creative and show us their passion for the sport."
To enter, simply:
- Enlist the help of your friends, family or film yourself playing or celebrating soccer in a fun and entertaining way. There’s no need to be a pro – just be creative and show off your love of the game!
- Post your video to YouTube.com and then visit cibcsoccereverywhere.com to submit your entry to one of the categories by July 11th.
- Then, tell everyone you know to watch your video – the most-watched video wins!
Winners in three categories will be awarded one home entertainment prize-pack each which includes:
- An LG 55” 1080p 240Hz LCD HDTV
- A Nintendo Wii Console + Three (3) Wii Remote Controllers
- A 2010 FIFA World Cup: South Africa Nintendo Wii Game
